Squat: 110kg 5sets 6reps

Barbell Lunge: 50kg 4sets 20reps

Standing Calves: 70kg 4sets 20reps

Leg Extension: 80kg 4sets 15reps (The final set was Drop Set 80→70→60→50) 

 

It took an hour to finish.

 

Trying to record my daily workout so that I can review what I have done in the future.
